Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual to develop and implement a transportation pilot program in Altona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, driving as needed, and building out the program's structure to ensure its success. Our goal is to develop a one year pilot program to help fill a gap in the transportation needs of our community, with the potential of developing a long-term proposal.

Job Summary: The Connection Coordinator is responsible for giving leadership to our Community Connector program, which brings people together, builds community connections/relationships, and connects people to resources they need in their lives. This requires a high level of emotional intelligence, and an ability to be responsive to the needs of our community. They will work closely with our Community Market Coordinator, ensuring we’re creating a healthy, welcoming environment for everyone at TCE.
